How to get a good enchant on tools and weapons in minecraft.

As you know, Enchantment tables are op, but how to get better?
      Grab bookshelfes and surrround the enchantment table with books, then you need to get the experience you need by killing mobs and mining ores. To make a bookshelf you need wood and books:
